Thank you for shopping with Varenya Fashion. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Please read our return, replacement, and refund terms before placing your order.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The saree must be unused and unworn.
  • The saree must be returned in the original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • The product must not have been washed, altered, stained, damaged, or used.
  • The product must be accompanied by the original invoice or order details.

Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.

2. PRODUCTS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ON DELIVERY

Please inspect your saree immediately after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact Varenya Fashion within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send photographs and, where requested, an unboxing video showing the product and packaging.
  • Our team will review the claim and guide you through the replacement or refund process.

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect product confirmed by Varenya Fashion, we will arrange a suitable resolution, subject to product availability.

3. CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind after receiving the saree, you may request a return within 7 days, provided the product meets all return conditions.

Return shipping charges, where applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Returns will not be accepted for products that:

  • Have been worn, washed, altered, stitched, or otherwise used.
  • Have stains, makeup marks, perfume or other odors, or physical damage caused after delivery.
  • Are returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Are returned after the 7-day return period.
  • Were purchased as part of a clearly identified non-returnable or final-sale offer.

5. RETURN PROCESS

To request a return:

  1. Contact Varenya Fashion through the contact details provided on our website.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Share photographs or other information requested by our team.
  4. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  5. Pack the product securely with all original packaging and tags.
  6. Ship or hand over the package using the return method provided by Varenya Fashion.

Please do not send a return to an address unless our team has provided the return instructions.

6. REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned product reaches us, our team will inspect the product.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing timelines.

For Cash on Delivery orders, Varenya Fashion may request valid bank account or other payment details required to process the refund.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

7. EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange a saree for another product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Product availability.
  • Return eligibility conditions.
  • Verification and approval by Varenya Fashion.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will provide the applicable alternative resolution.

8. RETURN SHIPPING

For approved returns due to a change of mind, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

For products confirmed by Varenya Fashion as damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, Varenya Fashion will provide an appropriate resolution.

9. PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Sarees are fashion products, and minor variations in colour, texture, weave, print, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, handcrafted processes, or the nature of the fabric.

Such minor variations do not necessarily qualify as a product defect.

10. CANCELLATION

Order cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation might not be possible. In such cases, the customer may follow the applicable return procedure after delivery.

11. REFUND EXCLUSIONS

Refunds will not be issued for products returned without approval, products failing the return conditions, or products returned outside the applicable return period.
